SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager for a permanent full-time leadership opportunity within a private rehabilitation and medical hospital located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This small 34-bed facility, supported by approximately 30 nursing staff, delivers high-quality rehabilitation and medical care within a private hospital setting. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, bed management, compliance, and quality governance while supporting safe, efficient, and patient-centred service delivery. The Benefits: Competitive salary: $120,000 – $140,000 superannuation Permanent full-time role – Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Senior clinical leadership opportunity Immediate start available Work within a supportive private hospital environment The Role: Manage hospital occupancy and bed allocation processes Oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance Provide leadership across nursing teams and clinical services Coordinate governance and quality improvement initiatives Support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care delivery Work closely with hospital leadership to maintain operational performance About You: Current AHPRA registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency Minimum 5 years post-graduate nursing experience 2–3 years’ experience at NUM or clinical management level Strong leadership and governance experience Demonstrated understanding of clinical compliance within a private hospital setting Excellent communication and organisational skills Full Australian working rights required Why Choose SustainHealth?
